Lou Arcudi is a finance executive with over 25 years of experience and has significant leadership roles in private and public life science companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Amolyt Pharma. Prior to that, Lou held increasing leadership roles at Millendo Therapeutics, Idera Therapeutics and Peptimmune Inc. where he guided those organizations through significant periods of growth and transitions. He began his life science career at Genzyme Corporation where he played a significant role in formulating their international presence in the space of Lysosomal Storage Disorders.
His experience spans financial and operational oversight of early-stage and commercial companies, capital formation, M&A, and IPO implementations. Throughout his career, he has guided organizations through numerous financings, acquisitions, and commercial strategic transactions.
Lou founded Sea Marsh Consulting LLC in 2023 to provide financial advisory guidance as well as strategic and business planning services to life science CFO’s, leadership teams and Boards. His clients include both private and public companies as well as investment groups.
He brings this depth of experience to Immusoft Corporation, where he will provide financial and operational guidance as a member of the leadership team on financial strategy and corporate initiatives.
Lou obtained an M.B.A. in Finance from Bryant University and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Southern New Hampshire.
